Welcome to ug008. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you", "your") and ug008 (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ug008 platform, including our website located at https://ug008.cam, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the User on the ug008 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in the User's Account for placing wagers and withdrawals.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives granted by ug008 subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by the User into their Account through approved payment methods.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity and comply with regulatory obligations.
• "Stake" means the amount wagered by the User on a single game round or betting event.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from the User's Account Balance to their designated payment method.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use ug008 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ug008 strictly enforces this age restriction and will terminate any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide acceptable documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. Our Services are intended exclusively for users physically located within Indonesian territory. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not register an Account if you are subject to any legal incapacity, guardianship, or curatorship that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

2.4 Single Account Rule

You are permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the ug008 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and fund forfeiture.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and account actions.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You agree to immediately notify ug008 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. You must use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available to enhance Account security.

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of our regulatory compliance and fraud prevention measures, ug008 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• Clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) showing all four corners
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for biometric verification
• Payment method verification (bank account statement or screenshot of e-wallet account)

Failure to complete KYC verification within seven (7) days of our request will result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ug008 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and select cryptocurrency options where available. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level. Fully verified Accounts may deposit up to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction subject to our anti-money laundering policies.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within minutes for e-wallet transactions and within 15-30 minutes for bank transfers during business hours. ug008 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. No deposit fees are charged by ug008, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ug008 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be automatically converted to IDR at prevailing exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously verified through our KYC process.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 500,000,000 per transaction for verified Accounts and Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for Accounts pending full verification. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status and transaction history.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ug008 strives to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard business hours (08:00 - 23:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes, while bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. During peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts, processing may extend to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods may require additional verification and extended processing time.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

ug008 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month are subject to a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of Rp 10,000 and maximum fee of Rp 100,000.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. If you wish to withdraw to a different payment method, additional verification and approval from our compliance team may be required.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, ug008 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are published on the Platform and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers to satisfy the requirement. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ug008 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a User is abusing promotional offers through tactics including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts, coordinated betting patterns, exploiting software errors, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profits from bonus funds. Legitimate recreational play is always permitted.

7. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All games on the ug008 Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. You agree to use the Platform for entertainment purposes only and to accept game results as final and binding.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to exploit the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of our games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain
• Placing bets or wagers after an outcome is known (late betting)
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other risk-free betting strategies
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions

7.3 Irregular Play Detection

ug008 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns. If we detect suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend your Account, void bets, and withhold winnings pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation and provide requested information within five (5) business days.

ug008 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ug008 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the proprietary property of ug008 or our licensed content providers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, ug008 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ug008 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance subject to satisfaction of wagering requirements and verification procedures. Accounts closed at User request may be reopened within thirty (30) days; after this period, reopening requires creation of a new Account.

12.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination

ug008 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. In the event of termination for cause, we may forfeit your Account Balance and withhold any pending withdrawals.

13. Amendments to Terms

ug008 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our Platform. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you must close your Account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
